南洋楼主,你上面所说的5个方子不只从何出处?中中医和营养学角度来分析,对于有胃溃疡的患者来说,前面两个方子不但不能用,而且会加重病情.原因是:韭菜和牛奶都是产气食品,食后会加重胃的不适感,而生姜有刺激胃液分泌的功效.过多的胃酸将加重对胃内溃疡面的侵蚀,因而两者并用,将是胃溃疡越来越重.所以在飞机上从来不供这三种食物.请查证.
