学习了,但这其中80%都是我平常喜欢吃的菜可怎么办?

主要是说这些菜的加工搭配不对,比如豆腐不要和菠菜搭配,红白萝卜不要和木耳搭配,炖猪蹄不要放黄豆等。

我来告诉你,其实没问题:第一,菠菜豆腐汤最好吃,但加工不当易得结识。办法是先将菠菜和豆腐分别用开水焯一下再烧;第二是红白萝卜一起烹,本来就是错误的拉郎配,应该分开。白萝卜与黑木耳同烹,食后易诱发皮肤病,而胡萝卜与黑木耳搭配不受影响;猪蹄与黄豆一起炖其实影响不是很大,主要是大豆中有一种蛋白抑制酶,可以阻止人体对蛋白质的吸收。但经过长时间的炖,该种酶的活性已经被破坏,因此,大家尽管放心享用,而且,猪蹄中含有丰富的胶原蛋白,有美容护肤作用,对妇女有丰胸作用,对产妇还有通乳功效;黄瓜与西红柿确实不能搭配,原因是西红柿中的维生素C会被破坏饴尽;而维生素C含量高的食物都不宜与鱼类、花菜、啤酒等嘌呤高的食物搭配,否则容易诱发痛风;田螺性大寒,猪肉性温,二者相冲,但与糯米结合,热上加热,易伤脾胃;小葱含鞣酸非常高,与豆腐结合同吃易得痛风。
