在1000摄氏度大火的燃烧下,表面涂了阻燃涂料的家具不起火不起烟,只是渐渐发黑。近日,由中国科技大学教授汪志勇创办的南京通源新材料科技有限责任公司,研发出了一种环保阻燃涂料,可以有效避免火灾蔓延,为救援赢得时间。 汪志勇现任中国科大化学与材料学院副院长,2013年来宁创业,入选南京321人才。汪志勇和他的团队开始研发一种新型阻燃剂,原料用的是环保淀粉。最近,他们将这种阻燃剂添加进涂料中,再调节涂料的成分比例,制成阻燃涂料。记者看到,这种阻燃剂有固体和液体两种,固体呈白色粉末状,而液体就是透明的水样。固体可以加入涂料中做成阻燃涂料,而液体可以用来泡各种棉布类产品,目的都是阻燃。 将该阻燃涂料涂过的木板和一把木条用核心温度是1000摄氏度火枪做燃烧试验,在大火燃烧10min后,木板和木条并没有被引燃,而是渐渐发黑,几乎没有烟,阻燃性能优异。 目前,该产品已经申请四项国家发明专利和一项PCT国际专利,已进入市场推广阶段。中国科技大学图书馆已经率先试用该产品,而安徽、四川等地煤矿也准备试用。不过,汪志勇坦言,对于这种新生产品,市场推广还有很长的路要走。“这种环保阻燃油漆和目前市面上环保高档涂料价格差不多,但因为是防患于未然的产品,不少人还认识不到这种产品的重要性。”汪志勇说,他们正在和有关部门洽谈,看能否像工厂、宾馆要用防火涂料一样,列入国家强制性标准。
汪志勇,1962年生于安徽芜湖。现为合肥微尺度国家实验室和中国科大化学系教授,现任中国科大化学与材料学院副院长。1992年中国科学技术大学博士毕业,1997-1999期间先后在University of Tulane和 Brandeis University 从事博士后研究。2000年中科院“百人计划”引进回国,之后一直在中国科学技术大学从事有机化学的教学和科研工作。 先后主持、参加973项目、国家基金委重点项目和面上项目多项。在J. Am. Chem.
